No, we use self-hosted LLMs that can be on the client’s infrastructure / cloud or our infrastructure and the data we ingest are not used to train the existing LLMs.

Yes, it can be hosted on the client’s infrastructure which is in the EU or anywhere they need. Data that is processed / ingested is kept within their infrastructure.

We used several real world examples and had a success rate over 90%. - Ideally, we should ask the clients to give us a few example documents where we can go through and test the accuracy.

Yes, however, our clients do not have to use it, we can plug the back end part into their UI - this would also be a custom work.
