The reasons why I nominate him are the following:
I’d like to take this opportunity to nominate Neven as a Colleague of the month. Neven is a remarkable colleague, always ready to help, praise his colleagues with whom he cooperates, accept challenges and take risks to solve problems that seem insoluble at first. In particular, earlier this month he encountered and dealt with such problems, solved them successfully, which was recognized by both us here and our clients with whom he cooperates. Despite the fact that he had plenty of work he had to do, he was the first person to assist whenever the system was down, in solving serious issues in the parallel execution of codes… I think that he is a very hardworking and successful person and deserves all the praise, as well as this title.
